1. How to Quote

Use the SHOPPING CART for QUOTES as well as ORDERS.


You must be logged in to obtain a QUOTE.  Whether you are quoting or ordering, fill your shopping cart with the items you need.  At the end of the shopping cart process, you will have a choice to PRINT QUOTE or PLACE ORDER.


Your PRINT QUOTE button appears after SHIPPING and on the same page as the words PLACE ORDER.


The PRINT QUOTE button opens a new window with a special QUOTE form laid out for printing. When you hit the PRINT QUOTE button, it saves your Quote so we can retrieve it at a later date and convert it to an order.


If you ocassionally need a LIST PRICE ONLY quote, Register a separate USERNAME (lower left of Home page) and

- include LIST as part of theUSERNAME



When you need a LIST PRICE quote, LOGOUT (lower left of Home page) of your WHOLESALE account and login with your LIST PRICE account.  LIST PRICES always end in $ .95 or whole dollars and wholesale prices generally do not.  When ready to quote WHOLESALE prices again,  log back in using your regular USERNAME that does not include LIST as part of the name.  To get to the PRINT QUOTE button, you must use a USERNAME and password.  


STEP ONE:  FIND the first product you want to quote.  For each product, you will select the quantity you want. You can enter the PRODUCT CODE in the SEARCH window at top to rapidly find the product.


Some products have always been sold as EACH.  Other products have been in the Catalogue as PAIRS with Call for Pricing if you wanted us to break up a PAIR.


NEW with this online ordering are additional CODES for when you want to order ONE piece of a PAIR.  Let’s use the 312G (PAIR) as an example.  The Product description for 312G says PAIR in capital letters.  To QUOTE one PAIR, enter Quantity 1 and go onto next product you need.


If you want what is essentially half of a PAIR (a SINGLE or an EACH), then you want the new CODE.  The CODE for a SINGLE is just like the PAIR with the number 1 added at the end.  Keeping with the 312G PAIR example, A SINGLE is 312G1.  314G is the PAIR and 314G1 is the SINGLE.


If you enter 312G in the SEARCH WINDOW near the Rocky Mountains at top, you will get your choice of the PAIR or the SINGLE/EACH.


Please make sure you QUOTE/ORDER e-x-a-c-t-l-y what you need.

Always ORDER the PAIR when you want two of the same size.  


Quantity 1 of 312G is a PAIR of 3.5” by 12” pads.


To QUOTE or ORDER ONE mixed PAIR of PADS, you would put the following in your SHOPPING CART:

Quantity 1       312G1   (1 piece)

Quantity 1       314G1   (1 piece)


Once you can see the Product you want, CLICK on the

o       the picture;

o       the name; or

o       the click to view


Arrive at the PRODUCT PAGE where you see:

o       the product name including PAIR or EACH

o       list price

o       your wholesale price

o       product picture

o       detailed product description including PAIR or SINGLE

o       item code including trailing 1 for SINGLE


In the center of the page, is a QUANTITY box and a bright ORANGE button labeled ADD TO CART. The quantity box defaults to 1 and you can change this to whatever number you need.


Hit the orange ADD TO CART.   This Button takes you to the SHOPPING CART SUMMARY. 


Add more products until you have selected everything you need.  


In SHOPPING CART SUMMARY, you can confirm that you have the correct combination of PAIRS and/or SINGLES. 


The addition of the SINGLES facilitates situations like ordering different length arm rests to accommodate electronic controllers.   These codes are new and were added by popular request of our dealers.


Once you have at least one item in your SHOPPING CART, you are offered 4 orange button choices:


CONTINUE takes you onward toward completing the QUOTE or ORDER for what is currently in your SHOPPING CART. This button is for when you have everything you want in your cart and you are ready for your QUOTE or to ORDER.


UPDATE will revise your shopping cart.  For instance, you can change your quantity on this page, and pushing the UPDATE will have your SHOPPING CART recalculate the cost.


EMPTY CART Use this button ONLY if you do NOT want to save the Quote or Order you are working on.


CONTINUE SHOPPING takes you on so you can ADD more products to your cart.


Once you have hit CONTINUE, you arrive at BILLING and SHIPPING INFORMATION.   Your information automatically fills from your account information.  Any changes you make here will update your user information.  Next time you login in, the new information will populate these boxes. 

NOTE: If you have created a second account for LIST PRICE quote and are doing a LIST PRICE quote - line 2 of ADDRESS will remind you that you are processing a LIST PRICE quote.  Your regular WHOLESALE account is a separate account. 
Each account has separate address and other information. We suggested adding LIST PRICE QUOTE to address line 2 of your LIST PRICE account to remind you that you are NOT looking at Wholesale prices at the moment.


For a QUOTE, nothing is shipped.  You just need to click through to get to PRINT QUOTE.
For an ORDER, review the Bill To address and Ship To Address or add another address to your Address Book.


Toward the bottom of the page are 3 more boxes.  Here is where you CUSTOMIZE your QUOTE or ORDER:

o       Customer Information – here you can type in the name or other identifier for YOUR client

o       PO Number – enter PO number if this is a purchase by PO and neither a Quote nor credit card purchase.

o       Comments – this prints on BOTH the Quote and the Invoice – use it for special shipping instructions or a note to your customer or to the insurance company


Press GET SHIPPING RATES at bottom to continue on even when this is just a QUOTE.  This moves you along in the process and saves your Quote for later conversion to an Order.



If this is a quote press CONTINUE.

NO SHIPPING charges appear on the QUOTE. 


When you arrive here and are Ordering, the default is UPS GROUND. 

You can change it to 3-DAY SELECT or NEXT DAY AIR.   The actual SHIPPING CHARGES will show on the INVOICE and not the QUOTE.


Press CONTINUE and arrive at PRICE including SHIPPING.  You have 4 choices:


Click on EDIT CART near the bottom and make any needed changes.


o       If this is an ORDER, re-check the BILLING and SHIPPING info.  If it needs correction, click EDIT BILLING / SHIPPING INFORMATION and make changes.


o       If this is a QUOTE, press PRINT QUOTE
This will DISPLAY your QUOTATION.  You can print it at your location as you would print anything off the internet.  It is ready for submission for insurance reimbursement.  As long as you do NOT hit EMPTY CART button, the system will automatically SAVE your Quote for future conversion to Order.


      If logged on with your wholesale USERNAME, the quote shows List Price and Wholesale Price.  It does not display SHIPPING.  It shows your customer’s name or ID and any special comments your added at the bottom of the SHIPPING page.

If logged on with your LIST PRICE USERNAME, the quote only shows List Price.  It does not display SHIPPING.  It shows your customer’s name or ID and any special comments your added at the bottom of the SHIPPING page.

If you want to email this to yourself or anyone else, Highlight the entire contents of the QUOTE form with your mouse, Hold down the CTRL key (lower left on keyboard) and tap C for copy. 

Open an email window on your computer, a Word doc, or any other program with a paste function.  Put your cursor in the Main Body of the email, Hold down the CTRL key again and tap V for carrot /Insert.  You will now have the QUOTE in an email/doc/etc.

Once you have Printed or Copied your QUOTE, click the X in the upper right corner to close the PRINT QUOTE window. 


If you are just QUOTING, you can Browse Away to another website or Click EDIT CART to return to the HOME page.


LOGOUT by clicking LOGOUT on lower left on HOME page.  Logging out SAVES your quote.  If you need a NEW Quote and your last QUOTE is still in your cart, click LOGOUT to SAVE the Quote and then LOG back IN to start a new QUOTE or ORDER.  Use the EMPTY CART BUTTON only when you do not want to save the Quote for later conversion to an Order. 


 2. How to Place an Order

If not previously QUOTED, the process is the same as a QUOTE with two minor exceptions. 


You must enter a Purchase Order # on the shipping page.  A Secure Credit Card payment option will be available soon.


Once past SHIPPING, click on the green PLACE ORDER button instead of PRINT QUOTE.


Once an order has been placed, you can check its status on the HOME page – left hand column under MY ACCOUNT.  Orders are PROCESS before SHIPPING and COMPLETED once shipped.  UPS will send Tracking Information to the email address on your order.


If previously QUOTED, just send an email to billing@gelovations.com with the QUOTE # in the SUBJECT Box and the Purchase Order number in the body of the email.

You will get emails confirming ORDER and providing your UPS Tracing number.

We will ship to the shipping address in the QUOTE.



 3. How to Activate Registration

To Login the first time:


In the box labeled Dealer Login, enter your Username and Password* and click on the Login button.


*If you don’t already have your Username and Password, first check with your office administrator.


If you still do not have USERNAME and PASSWORD, send an email to support@gelovations.com as follows:

SUBJECT BOX:  Username / Password

MAIN BODY include:

o       Your Name

o       Email Address

o       Phone number 

o       Company Name

o       Company Location


Your Username / Password will be emailed back to you within 24 hours Monday through Friday.


If your USERNAME included LISTPRICE, we will leave the account as 0% discount so you can quote LIST PRICE via the PRINT QUOTE button.


Alternatively, you can fax us using company letterhead along with your Name and email Address.  Please use the fax number you have been using TO ORDER.


Your USERNAME is not case sensitive.  It ends in a number and contains NO SPACES, DOTS, or DASHES.


Your initial password will be provided to you or your office administrator.


Once logged in, please click on MY ACCOUNT in the lower left of any page and do the following:

o       Complete / correct the information in every box

o       Set-up a NEW PASSWORD you can remember

o       Hit SAVE.  You are LOGGED-IN.

Your SHOPPING CART area will automatically show your company’s discounted prices FOB DENVER COLORADO.  If you are going to view the site with a customer, either don’t log in or hit the LIST PRICE button  just to the right of the login button.   This will convert the site to LIST PRICES ONLY.


As a logged in wholesale user, each Product Page displays BOTH the List price and your discounted price.


You must be logged in to

o       Obtain discounted quotes

o      Obtain a list price quote for multiple items

o       Place an order


The other features of the website are available whether you are logged in or not.  You can send your customers to the site from their own computers to look at product.  They will ONLY see list prices.


CONTACT US is at the bottom of every page and will pop open your email and address an email to us.


 4. How to SELF-Register

Gel Ovations LLC distributes product through Wholesale Durable Medical Equipment Dealers.


If you are a DEALER, go to MY PROFILE in the left column and fill in the form.  Within 24 hours a member of the Gel Ovations Team will contact you.  Once your status as DEALER has been confirmed, your registration will be activated including wholesale discounts.



5. Promotional Codes

The Gel Ovations website was built to have the option of adding Promotional Discounts.  Please sign up for the Gel Ovations Newsletter by sending an email to Newsletter@gelovations.com  along with your USER ID.
