The 6” x 6” mounting tube means it is EASY to fit the pad where you want it both forward, up or down, in or out, and at the angle you need. The HARDWARE has both tightening and set screws so when you get it where it is needed, and it should stay there. For people who have a prosthesis - the EASY Swing Away action is a HUGE benefit as the Pull Pin Mechanism makes it easy to Swing it out of the way for use of the prosthesis or when doing a Transfer.
