This offers a perfect solution for those who need both leg trough support and adductor.  Just add the adductor pad of your choice and you have the perfect solution for those who use a lift to get in and out of their chair.. Available Dimensional GEL adductor pads ranging in size from 4” x 4” to 8” x 9” will meet almost any client need while reducing shear, heat, and moisture to protect sensitive skin. Because they are made of Silicone GEL they maintain their softness as temperatures change, and don’t absorb odors. A swing away  version of the hardware is available when a standing pivot or sliding transfers are used to get in and out of their chair. Other pads are also available.
