6" x 8" x 0.56" silicone GEL Dimensional GEL Pad - The combination of silicone GEL and the 3D shape of the Dimensional GEL creates a pad that maintains softness under pressure while reducing shear and allowing air flow.  Place it right where it is needed or select the adhesive back version. Being only ½" thick - there is usually no need to cut out anything underneath.  Use on top of or under the existing covers depending on the need.  Designed to provide pressure relief wherever and however it is used.
