Pair of removable and washable covers (NO GEL) that fit right over the knee buttons (KBE and KBET) to reduce shear and make this area easy to keep clean.
Made out of neoprene and nylon material - they also add a little cushion and protect the knee buttons from the destructive effects of shear making them last longer.
