Standard calf pads are generally foam and the foam breaks down over time. Standard pads also have an impermeable plastic cover that cracks and irritates the skin. Standard pads do not allow air flow – making them hot and uncomfortable. If not flat – standard pads curve slightly from side to side only and that concentrates pressure on the high point of the calf.

Dimensional GEL Calf Pads start with a cupped shape and the GEL moves to provide full support distributed over entire pad. This spreads the pressure for greater comfort. It comes with a breathable permeable cover which can be laundered. These fit standard hardware.

Excellent for preventing and healing sores and reducing shear.
